What is the regular warranty of TITONI watches?

TITONI offers an international manufacturer warranty on all new watches purchased from an authorized retailer of three years for watches powered by either a TITONI’s manufacture movement T10 or a COSC-certified movement and two years for all other TITONI watches. The warranty only applies if the usability of the product is considerably adversely affected by a material or manufacturing fault already present at the time of hand-over (defect). TITONI’s manufacturer’s warranty does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by abrasion, improper use, faulty operation, or externally occurring forces. Among other things, some of our product series are characterised by leather or textile components (especially bracelets) or special coatings. These are materials that can change, discolour or fade, particularly under the influence of skin contact, light, and water; but also through the use of unsuitable cleaning agents, and textile dyes. Heat and dehydration can lead to the formation of cracks or tears in leather components. These occurrences are not covered by warranty.

The warranty does not cover:
* Battery life, strap or bracelet, crystal;
* damages resulting from unsuitable/improper use, neglect, carelessness, accidents, mishandling, abusive or incorrect use or normal wear and tear;
* unauthorised alteration, manipulation or repair;
* possible consequential damages due to the non-functioning or inaccuracy of the watch.

To maintain the TITONI watch in its top functioning condition, a regular check by appointed service centres is recommended. If treated with care, looked after correctly and regularly maintained, your TITONI watch will prove to be a life-long companion to you.

How do I claim my warranty?

To claim warranty, immediately inform the watch dealer from whom it was purchased or an authorized service centre of any defect within the warranty period and hand over or send the product and the original certificate of warranty and/or original proof of purchase. TITONI will determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, TITONI will repair or replace the product.

What does TITONI warranty extension cover?

TITONI provides an extended manufacturer’s warranty for new watches that are bought and registered after January 1st, 2023. TITONI’s warranty covers all functional aspects of your TITONI watch and does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse, damages caused by negligence or accident. The same terms & conditions as for the regular warranty apply which can be found above hereof (see "What is the regular warranty of TITONI watches?").

When am I entitled for an extended warranty?

If you purchased your watch after January 1st, 2023 and successfully registered your watch on TITONI’s warranty portal (warranty.titoni.ch), you are entitled for an extended warranty of one year in addition to your regular warranty. The maximum warranty period including the extension amounts to four years for watches powered by either the TITONI manufacture movement T10 or a COSC-certified movement and three years for all other TITONI watches.
