1. Purpose of Website

The Titoni website and any download files provided are intended only for informational and educational purposes and are provided “as is”. No warranties or representations are made. The website and downloads may not be accessible at all times and information shown may be incomplete and can be changed or deleted at any time. Although Titoni uses its best efforts to accurately display shapes and colours of its timepieces, the view provided to the user depends largely on the user’s monitor and may not always be accurate. Further information regarding Titoni timepieces can be obtained from authorized retailers.

2. Intellectual Property

Nothing on the website or in downloads may be reproduced without permission from Titoni. All intellectual property rights of Titoni remain reserved. This especially includes trademark rights, name rights, designs or copyrights. Titoni remains the sole proprietor of such rights. Through access to the Titoni website and downloads, the user does not obtain any proprietary or licences rights with regard to Titoni’s intellectual property.

3. Privacy

General remarks

Any personal data that Titoni receives passively from users of its website is subject to data protection laws and will not be forwarded to third-parties for independent processing. This does not include the forwarding of data at the behest of public authorities, in particular for the purpose of criminal prosecution. If data is forwarded to third parties for processing on behalf of Titoni (computer centres etc.), Titoni shall ensure compliance with data privacy requirement by contractual means. Titoni reserves the right to collect and store a limited amount of impersonal information about the website’s user for security reasons, for statistical purposes or for its own in-house advertising purposes. Other than that, the users’ personal data will be deleted on a regular basis, with the exception of personal data in connection with the settlement of concrete business transactions (e.g. warranty or service work), which we are obliged to store for 10 years due to statutory obligations.

If you use the contact form on our website to contact us within the context of an inquiry, we will only collect and use the personal data to answer your inquiry. It will only be forwarded to third parties wherever this is necessary to deal with your inquiry, in particular in the case of warranty or service concerns, which we forward to our service partner – wherever this is expedient for your request.

Titoni excludes any responsibility for contents of third party websites made accessible through links on the Titoni website. Such links are only installed by Titoni for informational purposes and are used at the user’s own responsibility. Any information regarding illegal or immoral contents shown under such links will be appreciated, enabling Titoni to take the appropriate actions. 

5. Applicable law/Place of jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of use are governed by Swiss law, insofar as they are not precluded by any mandatory laws. Sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the use of the Titoni website is Grenchen (Switzerland).
